Should you ever be unsatisfied with our cleaning team services, please speak to the one in charge while in your presence or directly contact our corporate offices within 24 hours of your cleaning. If something was missed in your cleaning or was improperly done to your personal standards, we are more than willing to return to rectify these errors. Corrections will be done either at a desired time you suggest, or will be included in the next scheduled cleaning. All detailed information discussed and agreed upon arrangements will be stored into your client packet. When the follow-up finally occurs to resolve matters, cleaning team superiors will respond to prior unsatisfactory issues immediately as addressed by your client packet. No charges will ever occur in these instances.
